{Webmaster comment: The Covenants and By-Laws are important documents for each Property Owner to understand the functioning of the Imperial Golf Estates Homeowners Association and certain rights and restrictions related to your living in a Deed Restricted community. You should have your own copy of what is filed with Collier County. You should have received your copy at the time you closed on your home / property.  These Governing Documents are the same as those copies mailed to each Lot Owner April 2, 2007, approved by a vote of the Members on May 9, 2007, and filed and recorded in the Collier County Clerk of Courts “Official Record”. The copy that you received in relation to the vote can be used as they are the same as those approved and recorded.  The recorded copy can be found in the Clerks web site (www.clerk.collier.fl.us) in OR Book 4231 starting on Page 666 through page 752. 

These documents are direct copies of the documents filed and recorded in Collier County on May 18, 2007.

 When amended in the future, the Amendments will be incorporated within these documents and will be shown by color marking of the original text and of the replacement text.
