Imperial G. E. Common / Park Areas

1. Regal Park: Area on the water between 2227 & 2229 Regal Way.

2. Majestic Park: Area between 2215 & 2223 Imperial G.C.Blvd.

3. Imperial Cove Park:  Area along the lake between 2115 & 2117 Imperial G.C.Blvd.

4. East Imperial Park:  Area between 2013 Imperial Drive East & 2017 Imperial Circle.

5. Marquis Park:  Area between 2095 & 2113 Imperial Circle.

6. Unnamed Cypress Preserve Called Tract “B”: Lies behind 2085 through 2095 Imperial Circle.

7. Duke Cypress Preserve:  Area between 2002 & 2004 Imperial G. C. Blvd.

8. Duke Park:  Area between 2000 & 2002 Imperial G.C. Blvd.

9. Unnamed Common Area:  Area runs from 1937 Countess Ct. south to 2003 Imperial G.C. Blvd. along the drainage ditch opposite the Middle School and the Royal Palm Academy property.

10. Empress Park:  Area that surrounds Empress Lake.

11. Princess Forest:  Area across from 1914 to 1920 Imperial G.C. Blvd.

12. Princess Park: Lies between 1845 Imperial G.C. Blvd. and 1801 Princess Ct. (N/W corner of the 1800 Block of Princess Ct. & Imperial G.C. Blvd.

We have two access areas to Zack’s Lake in Phase 5 at:

1. Between 2078 & 2084 Imperial Circle.

2. Between 2100 & 2102 Imperial Circle.

We also have common a small amount of common area around Countess Lake, which is maintained by the adjacent residents.

We also have a small strip of common area that is between the residents and the golf course from 1924 through 1964 Imperial G.C. Blvd. and from 1976 through 2000 Imperial G.C. Blvd. This area is also maintained by either the residents or the golf course.
