If you're not in Imperial---It's HOT---It's HUMID----It's NOT wet!
Just a few comments---------
I got an email from Judie Gibbs this morning of Imperial Gardens this morning asking me to alert all of you that there had been a vehicle break in last night. Items were taken from the car. A report was made at the guardhouse and a police report as well. She just wanted everyone to be on guard and tell your residents not to leave valuables in their vehicles. Thank you Judie for keeping us appraised.
If you haven't heard --- the Imperial Tennis and Beach Club has closed. That means that the flags, banners and signs that were of concern are all gone. The CLUB ZANDZIBAR is also closed down. The previous owner Jason Thomas has resumed the Imperial Racket Club for the time being.
There has been several requests this past month for approval of early, late or Sunday admittance of a delivery or vendor. As you the representatives know, the process is for the President of the community where the resident lives or if they are not available then for the President of the GIB to grant approval. If you are NOT the President of your community please be sure that you let your President know that it should be an "emergency" situation for these approvals to be granted or else we will not be able to control admittance especially on Sunday.
Stay cool
