Homeowners of Imperial Golf Estates are required to obtain approval from the Architectural Review Board (ARB) of any exterior changes, alterations,and construction on their property.

The Architectural Planning Criteria (APC) establishes the guidelines for exterior changes.  These criteria can be found on the Imperial Golf Estates web site, www.imperialgolfestates.org or can be obtained from Platinum Property Management.  Please review the APC when considering making exterior changes to your home.

The Architectural Review Board meets on an as needed basis to review and consider requests for projects and changes.
