Imperial Golf Estates Mailbox System

The Board of Directors voted in 2002, and re-affirmed in 2003, to cease the provisioning, installation and maintenance of mailbox systems for the residences of Imperial Golf Estates Homeowners Association.  This is a cessation of the policy initiated by a prior Board that had defined a single standard mailbox system for all homes in Imperial.

The 2002 Board decided that one of the “charms” of Imperial Golf Estates is the variety of styles of the individual homes.  The community should have multiple, but approved, mailbox system appearances.

The existing golf “green and ball” mailboxes become the property and sole responsibility of the homeowner for appearance and repair.  (The post paint is Ace 185 F Platinum; the green is Ace standard Hunter Green.)  Homeowners may replace these existing mailboxes with one of the following three mailbox systems.

Residents may select from the following three approved mailboxes when replacing their existing mailbox.
